Jansyl Lagos entered the CYBI Program in 1995 to establish the first South American dance studio in Canberra. Salsambada Dance Studio operated from a room at the back of the old Downer Primary School, known as the Canberra Business Centre, until the expansion of the business to bigger premises in 2001. Jansyl then purchased En Vogue where she also continues to hold her dance clases. Her business now employs eight full time and over twenty casual staff.
